A framework for preservation, culture & possibility.
Preservation, for us, means working with what already exists — buildings, places, systems, and communities — and extending their lifecycle through thoughtful transformation. We approach heritage, reuse, and policy not as limitations, but as frameworks for reimagining what architecture can do.
G—AP is an emerging architecture and urban design practice operating across the scales of the city. From civic retrofits and residential alterations to carbon modelling and speculative futures in housing and environment, we fold the knowledge of one mode of practice into another.
Our approach is design-led, research-driven, and grounded in long-term thinking. We work with and within communities — not just to preserve the built environment, but to sustain the relationships, routines, and forms of life that architecture holds.
Working with what’s already there, to imagine what it might still become.
